Doctorate in Educational Psychology; language screening in Primary schools

Marion’s Doctoral Thesis involved screening all the children in 4 Primary schools using the LAMP (Linguistic Assessment and Mapped Provision) screen she has developed. The results of LAMP  screening twice in a school year showed that teachers’ concerns  decreased by the end of the school year and levels of professional awareness in the area of speech and language had increased.
